As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring
new clients, nurturing relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. You will play a
pivotal role in expanding Redrob's market presence and ensuring that our clients experience the
value of our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation and Prospecting:
○ Identify and qualify potential clients in B2B industries.
○ Utilize tools like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling to build a robust
pipeline.
● Sales Strategy and Execution:
○ Take multiple demos to showcase Redrobs features and value propositions.
○ Achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas consistently.
○ Customize solutions based on client requirements and pain points.
● End-to-End Sales Management:
○ Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
○ Negotiate pricing and close deals with clients to meet revenue targets.
○ Work closely with the product team to align sales strategies with market demands
and client feedback.
● Relationship Management:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
○ Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
● Collaboration and Reporting:
○ Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
○ Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on pipeline
progress and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications and Skills
● 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, and managing end-to-end sales
cycles.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and build rapport with
clients.
● Experience with Database / CRM tools like Apollo, Lusha, Zoominfo
● Industry - SaaS preferred / Software .
● Cold Calling
● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
