Job Title: Front Desk Billing Executive

Location: MAYOM HOSPITAL, GURGAON, D block,south city-1, Gurugram- 122002, Haryana,

Role & Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors, verify personal and insurance information.
• Generate and process accurate patient bills for services rendered.
• Handle patient payments, including cash, credit cards, and insurance claims.
• Verify insurance details and coordinate with insurance companies for claim submissions and follow-ups.
• Provide detailed billing information to patients and address any billing inquiries or disputes.
• Schedule appointments and assist with check-ins at the front desk.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records and billing information.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Freshers or candidates with prior experience in hospital billing or front desk operations, Receptionist are preferred.
• 12th passed out
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with billing software or hospital management systems (preferred).
