Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

As a Marketing Manager in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our property developments and services. Your primary goal is to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales through creative, data-driven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Development:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate properties.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to define target audiences and optimize marketing efforts.

2. Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, email marketing, and events.
• Develop content strategies and create engaging marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, websites, etc.).

3. Lead Generation:

• Implement lead generation strategies through online and offline channels to drive potential buyers or investors to property listings.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

4. Brand Development & Positioning:

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Work on improving the public perception of the company and enhancing brand visibility in the market.

5. Collaboration with Sales Teams:

• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and provide them with necessary marketing support, tools, and materials.
• Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

6. Digital Marketing:

• Oversee SEO, SEM, and social media marketing efforts to increase online visibility and engagement.
• Manage content creation for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to keep the audience engaged and informed.

7. Event Planning and Promotions:

• Organize and execute property launch events, exhibitions, open houses, and other promotional activities to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Manage partnerships and sponsorships for events.

8. Budget Management:

• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and stay within the set financial constraints.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and content creation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Experience with real estate marketing platforms, property portals, and knowledge of the local real estate market.
