Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) professional to design and deliver impactful training solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous learning, partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps, and implement effective learning strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and create tailored solutions.
  • Develop and deliver scalable L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership programs.
  • Manage external training vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning using dynamic tools and platforms.
  • Measure and optimize training effectiveness using relevant metrics.
  • Stay updated on L&D trends and adjust strategies proactively.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in HR or L&D with a minimum of 2 years in a full-time facilitation role.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to create and deliver impactful training programs.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using modern L&D tools and learning management systems (LMS).

Mindset:

  • Curious, self-motivated, resilient, and innovative.
  • Passion for L&D and readiness to get hands dirty to get the job done.
