Job Summary :

We are looking for a QA Lead to develop and execute manual and automated tests.

We are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Lead to join our team and play a key role in leading the testing automation.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of QA testing methodology, salesforce automation tools and agile processes as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining test scripts (manual and automated).

- Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams and stakeholders to drive QA.

- Manage the testing lifecycle, focusing on manual and automation, from test plans to documentation of test scenarios and cases.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to QA engineers.

- Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards in all custom Salesforce application testing.

- Perform Product test case design, writing, execution, and maintenance for multiple products.

- Conduct E2E, Integration, and Regression testing.

- Understand business requirements and convert them into Test scenarios and processes.

Requirements :

- Minimum 8+ years of software testing experience with 1+ years of relevant automation testing experience.

- Test automation experience, preferably with Provar, or any other relevant framework.

- Good comprehension of the Agile methodology and the role of QA within it.

- JIRA, GitHub, and Test management tools.

Qualifications :

Educational Qualifications : Any Degree (under any IT-based discipline).

- Salesforce & Salesforce app testing knowledge.
