What will you drive?

As a key member of our Vendor Payments Finance team, you will be instrumental

in ensuring the smooth operation and integrity of our financial processes. Your role

will involve a range of critical responsibilities designed to maintain accuracy and

efficiency within the organizations financial framework.

• Overseeing general accounting activities, including bank reconciliations and

vendor payments.

• Managing vendor account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely

resolutions.

• Understanding and executing the Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase

Order (PO) processes effectively.

• Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures within the

vendor payments function.

Who are we looking for?

• A qualified B.Com graduate or CA-Inter.
• A professional with at least 2 years of experience in vendor payments,

general accounting, and reconciliations.

• Strong understanding of PR/PO processes and their impact on financial

operations.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work

under deadlines.

• Someone who can join immediately and is ready to drive financial efficiency

within the Vendor Payments Finance department.
