Urgent Hiring // Billing Executive // Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

1. Billing and Payments:

• Process invoices for rent, utilities, and other facility-related services.
• Verify the accuracy of bills and ensure timely payments to vendors and landlords.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices.

2. Reconciliation:

• Perform periodic reconciliations of rent and utility accounts.
• Track advance payments, security deposits, and adjustments for facilities.
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in financial systems.

3. MIS and Reporting:

• Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports on rent, utility costs, and payment statuses.
• Prepare and maintain records of facility-related expenses for management review.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

4. Vendor Management:

• Maintain a database of facility-related vendors and service providers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors for seamless operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in billing, accounts payable, or facilities-related roles.
• Proficiency in financial software MS Excel, Google sheets, Macros
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and cross-functional team

coordination.
