Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate subsequent rounds with stakeholders.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Ensure timely and efficient communication with candidates, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Handle administrative tasks related to hiring, including offer rollouts and background verification.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and prepare hiring reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, hiring, and recruitment processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
