What will you drive?

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to enhance yard car exchange and retail operations, ensuring growth and profitability.

Team Management: Lead, coach, and manage a team of yard and store leads to achieve and exceed performance targets.

Travel & Oversight: Regularly visit yard sites to monitor team operations, ensuring consistent performance and quality.

Operational Excellence: Implement processes that improve efficiency and align with business goals.

Car Assessment: Oversee and guide car evaluation practices, maintaining high standards for accuracy.

Negotiation: Engage with internal departments to negotiate pricing that maximizes profitability.

Collaboration & Reporting: Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and provide detailed reports on performance metrics.

Who are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience: 5-7 years in the automotive or related industry with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team development abilities.

Excellent communication skills for both client and internal interactions.

Advanced car evaluation knowledge and market trend awareness.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems; car evaluation tool experience is a plus.

Strong negotiation skills with a focus on value optimization.

Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
