What will you drive?

• Participate in online auctions to identify and source high-quality second-hand cars that meet company standards for the Australian market.
• Prepare, manage, and track auction data daily using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and sourcing data to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless sourcing operations.
• Contribute to maintaining an accurate and updated inventory database while identifying opportunities to improve processes.

What are we looking for?

• Strong business acumen with 1-2 years of experience in the B2B vertical, preferably in a sourcing or similar role.
• Exceptional proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with a keen eye for data analytics and insights.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, positive, and enthusiastic team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently during early hours to align with auction schedules.
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
