Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of projects. The role involves design review, project execution, compliance management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless MEP operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. MEP Design Review Assist in MEP design development and provide technical guidance to design and construction teams.
2. Scope Development Develop detailed engineering scopes of work and review consultant submissions.
3. Regulatory Compliance Ensure all designs and installations comply with local and national engineering codes.
4. Site Inspections Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to engineering standards and project requirements.
5. Project Coordination Support contractors by providing MEP-related guidance, review, and coordination.
6. Quality Assurance Ensure material specifications meet quality standards and oversee testing/commissioning activities.
7. Cost Budget Control Monitor project budgets, optimize costs through value engineering and efficiency strategies.
8. Resource Planning Plan and schedule MEP resources to meet target timelines and project deadlines.
9. Stakeholder Management Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
10. Technical Oversight Develop and evaluate engineering studies, specifications, and performance assessments to improve project efficiency.
