Design MEP Lead

Purpose/Objective

We are seeking an experienced MEP Lead Engineer for our Airport Construction and Development (CSD) team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have 5-15 years of experience in the airports industry. As an MEP Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of our airport construction projects. Key Responsibilities of Role

Roles and Responsibilities As the MEP Lead Engineer - CSD, your responsibilities will include: • Leading the MEP design and engineering activities for airport construction projects • Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the airport infrastructure • Developing and reviewing MEP design drawings, specifications, and technical submittals • Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems • Conducting regular site visits to monitor MEP construction activities and resolve any technical issues • Managing MEP project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulations • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams • Participating in design reviews, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes • Implementing sustainable and energy-efficient MEP solutions for airport facilities

Technical Competencies

Expertise in MEP design software ,Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems,Proficiency in conducting MEP system calculations and load assessments,Digital Mindset

Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering • Master’s degree in MEP Engineering or related field (preferred) Certification Required • Professional Engineer (PE) license • LEED Accreditation (preferred)
