Role & responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
• Documentation: Manage agreements, client records, and correspondence related to bookings, payments, and project updates.
• Client Support: Facilitate post-sale services, including resolving issues related to handovers and possession.
• Coordination: Work with sales, legal, and accounts teams to streamline communication and ensure client satisfaction.
• Feedback Management: Collect and analyse client feedback to improve service quality and build long-term relationships.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on client interactions, escalations, and resolutions for management review.
