Safety Officer / Safety Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to all company and legal safety standards on-site.
• Monitor and implement safety rules, work permits, and weekly safety document collection.
• Provide safety training to staff at sites and offices.
• Conduct regular inspections of PPE, equipment, and site safety setups.
• Install and maintain safety signage and emergency response plans.
• Lead safety teams to enforce safety rules and promote safe practices.
• Investigate accidents, submit safety reports, and liaise with government institutions.
• Manage hazardous materials, waste issues, and fire safety compliance.
• Prepare and update HSE Plans, Emergency Response Plans, and conduct site inspections.
• Attend project meetings to integrate safety into project planning.
• Maintain all HSE-related records and ensure compliance with BOCW, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 4-10 years of experience in real estate/construction.
• Qualification: B.Sc./B.Tech. with a Diploma in Industrial Safety (mandatory).
• Proficient in MS Office/PowerPoint; knowledge of Q-Cop is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Disciplined, adaptable, and committed to organizational efficiency.

Additional Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred.
• Experience in fire safety inspections and emergency response is an advantage.
