Front Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Reception Duties: Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering calls, and addressing inquiries professionally.
• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Office Coordination: Ensure smooth operation of day-to-day front-office activities, including managing couriers, supplies, and documentation.
• Customer Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming experience.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain visitor logs, employee attendance records, and other necessary documentation.
• Hospitality Management: Organize refreshments and seating arrangements for meetings and events.
