Key skills for the job
Job Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for Sales admin activities of ibaco Division. Sales MIS reports, People
Management, Asset Management, and Coordinate with other departments.
Principal Accountabilities
• New Store Process ILMS and Sap Code Creation, FSSAI and Branch addition.
• Store PR Process - Civil, Equipment’s, Branding, Pop, AMC (WS, Bar code, and weighing
scale), Expenses, Scrap, Consumables and additional assets.
• People Management – Coordinate with HR department for Recruitment Process of Area
coach and RSP.
• Coordinating with Accounts Department - Vendor code creation and QSC and Wondersoft
process and Payments follow-up for the Vendor and RSP and Field Force Settlements.
• Outstanding (Cash, Card, UPI) /Online Partners (Swiggy / Zomato).
• Coordinating with Lease and Legal Department - Document follow-up Rent, GST bills, Mall
Bills process.
• Coordinating with Maintenance and Logistic and Scrap Departments - Equipment Support
and Assets and Scrap.
• Coordinating with Purchase Departments - New Equipment’s and Consumables.
• Preparing Sales MIS Reports & TA Bills payment process.
• License - Certificate and Licenses process.
• Store Closure - Store Renovation and Closed process.
Key Interactions
• Within Department - Field Team, RSP (Retail Service Provider) and IT Team.
• Other Departments – Lease, Legal, Accounts, HR, Corporate Affairs, Logistics, Purchase,
Recycle, Audit, Costing and others.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Educational qualifications : Any Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• Experience : 2 to 4 years Admin levels or relevant
Knowledge:
• Sales and Reports
• Time-Management
• People handling
• Assets Management
• Consumable Handle
• Ability to prioritize things
• Payment processing
• Coordinate with other departments
• Interested in learning and follow new SOP
Skills:
• Technical skills - Computer knowledge (Excel, MS-Word, Ms-Office)
