Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage database systems, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Database Management: Maintain and update Excel databases, ensure data accuracy and integrity.
2. Travel Coordination: Book flight tickets, arrange accommodations, and manage travel itineraries.
3. System Data Updation: Update and maintain various systems, including CRM and other internal databases.
4. MIS Maintenance: Generate and analyze reports to support business decisions.
5. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping.
6. Event Coordination: Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and events.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate or related industries
- Knowledge of database management software
- Certification in administration or related field
