Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest house services to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee maintenance of company vehicles, including fuel management, to ensure they are always available for service.
- Capture and submit monthly reports on vehicle mileage, average, and km reading.
- Manage electrical and electronic equipment, including AC, EPABX, servo stabilizer, internet, genset, and lift.
- Coordinate annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for equipment.
- Recruit housekeeping staff as needed.
- Maintain attendance records for guest house staff.
- Ensure office facilities are available and prepare monthly MIS reports on space allocation and facilities provided.
- Manage office stationery, including procurement and generating monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain utility services, including identifying maintenance needs and resolving complaints.
- Plan and execute employee welfare events.
- Manage employee complaints, identifying concerned authorities and resolving issues.
- Handle billing and documentation, verifying records and forwarding claims to accounts for payment processing.
