Job Description:

- We are looking for a strong PMO Consultant with experience in the Automotive - Commercial Vehicles sector.

- The ideal candidate must have worked in consulting firms and possess expertise in project governance, execution, and stakeholder management within large-scale automotive projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Governance & Compliance: Implement and enforce PMO best practices, frameworks, and methodologies.

- Program Management: Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for commercial vehicle projects.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution.

- Budget & Resource Management: Track project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control costs.

- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve bottlenecks.

- Performance Monitoring: Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track project progress and present updates to senior leadership.

- Process Improvement: Continuously improve project execution by identifying inefficiencies and optimizing workflows.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of PMO experience, specifically within consulting firms.

- Strong background in the Automotive - Commercial Vehicles industry.

- Expertise in project management methodologies.

- Experience working with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or automotive consulting projects.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
