We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Innovation Consultant to join a prominent global capability centre in India. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and executing high-impact innovation programs such as accelerators, incubators, and hackathons. This position requires a strong blend of research, consulting, and program management skills, focusing on delivering solutions that align with industry trends and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Development and Support: Design and develop innovation programs (accelerators, incubators, and hackathons) that adhere to best practices and industry standards.

2. Research and Insights: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, methodologies, and technologies. Provide actionable insights to enhance program outcomes and services.

3. Innovation Services Consulting: Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative services and solutions tailored to client needs and market trends.

4. Facilitation and Program Design: Support ideation sessions, prototyping, and the design of innovative tools to foster creativity and strategic thinking.

5. Impact Measurement and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track program results, and prepare comprehensive reports on outcomes, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For:

1. 4+ years of experience in innovation consulting, program development, or a related field.

2. Proven expertise in designing and managing accelerators and incubators.

3. Strong understanding of innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup).

4. Excellent written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

5. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Innovation, Design, or related fields.
