Innovation Consultant - Gaming Sector (6-11 yrs)

The Innovation Consultant will play a key role in designing, developing, and executing innovation programs such as accelerators, incubators, and hackathons. This position requires a mix of research, consulting, and program management skills, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions that align with industry trends and client needs.

Location - Mumbai (Work from Office)

Responsibilities-

1. Program Development and Support: Design and develop innovation programs, including accelerators, incubators, and hackathons. Ensure programs align with best practices and industry standards.

2. Research and Insights: Conduct research to identify innovation trends, methodologies, and emerging technologies. Provide actionable insights to enhance programs and services.

3. Innovation Services Consulting: Work closely with internal teams to develop new innovation services and solutions based on client needs and market trends.

4. Facilitation and Program Design: Support the planning of ideation sessions, prototyping, and innovation tools.

5. Impact Measurement and Reporting: Define KPIs, track program outcomes, and prepare reports summarizing results, insights, and areas for improvement.

Requirements-

1. 6+ years of experience in innovation consulting, program development, or a related field.

2. Experience in program development, innovation consulting, and designing accelerators/incubators.

3. Knowledge of innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Start-up).

4. Strong written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

5. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Innovation, Design, or related fields.
