Matter Motors - Specialist - Frontend Development (9-12 yrs)

Job Description :

1. Expert in Front End Technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS, Consumption of Backend APIs

2. Should have built Website/ Web applications etc.

3. Understanding of customer Journey on what's all along with the performance issues.

4. Accountable for Pixel-Perfect UI / UX experience and should have an eye for it.

5. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, Azure Dev-Ops, Ci-CD Pipeline etc.

6. Ability to troubleshoot and debug web applications., (Console, Network)

7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills

8. Expert in Creating Wireframes, knowledge of Figma is a Big Plus

9. Consume RESTful Web service, knowledge of web sockets, webhook.

10. Understanding of Content Management Server and Services

11. Work with QA to assure project quality and define measurements of code quality.

12. Must have an eye for the UI / UX and a basic understanding of UX / UI design principles.

13. Deep Understanding of SQL Queries

14. Knowledge of Java, and React JS is a must.

14.15. Perfect in understanding performance vs design, Knowledge of Performance measuring tool is a big plus.

15. Solid understanding of Design Principles

16. Awareness and understanding of deployment of build on the cloud, (Jenkins, Maven) etc.

17. Expert in understanding Unit Test Cases and Automation

18. Working experience in any Java IDE tool such as Eclipse, Intellij IDE

19. Knowledge of Unit Testing Frameworks: JUnit/TestNG, Easy Mock/Mockito is a plus.

20. Experience with Linux systems is a plus.

21. Knowledge of web security best practices

22. Experience with mobile development is a plus.

23. Well-versed with OWASP Principles

Role and Responsibilities :

1. Spearhead Application Architecture and Design, Scalability, Code Review, Standard code practice.

2. Design and Architect to meet scalability and performance.

3. Assure Secure Code and Deployment of the External and Internal Applications

4. Collaborating with the functional team to understand and define Web application specifications.

5. Effort Estimations and feasibility Check for any new requirements.

6. Mentor and Guide Team members for Performance , Security, Code Efficiency etc.

7. Writing efficient, clean, and maintainable code using programming languages (ReactJS, JavaScript or HTML CSS etc,)

8. Integrating APIs and third-party libraries to enhance website functionality.

9. Debugging and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth website performance.

10. Implementing user interfaces that align with design guidelines.

11. Stay updated with the latest and greatest of the technology.

12. Working Closely with the QA team as well as product owners.

13. Participate with QA team in scalability and security testing of the application.
