What We're Looking For :

We are searching for a talented and passionate UX Writer to join our Content Design and Strategy team.

As a UX Writer at Matter, you will play a vital role in crafting clear, engaging, and intuitive content across our applications, websites, emailers, and other digital channels like WhatsApp and SMS.

Your work will shape seamless user journeys and ensure our brand voice resonates with our audience across all touchpoints.

We prefer someone who brings a strong foundation in UX writing and has hands-on experience within the automotive industry, ideally with two-wheeler products. If you're collaborative, detail- oriented, and eager to create impactful user experiences through words, we'd love to hear from you.

What You Will Own and Do :

Create Clear, User-Centered Content : Craft concise, informative, and engaging copy for Matter's apps, website, and digital communications, including emailers, WhatsApp messages, and SMS, ensuring all content aligns with the brand's voice and tone.

Collaborate Across Tearns : Work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to create content that enhances user understanding and supports a smooth user experience across platforms.Develop Content Strategy: Establish and document content guidelines and best practices for tone, voice, and style across digital channels, focusing on customer experience and brand alignment.

Translate Complex Ideas into User-Friendly Language : Simplify technical concepts to create an approachable, understandable user journey in every interaction, catering specifically to the needs of automotive customers.

Conduct Research and User Testing : Collaborate with the UX Research team to understand user needs and pain points. Test and iterate on copy to refine content for usability, clarity, and engagement.

Maintain Consistency : Ensure content across all digital platforms follows established brand and UX guidelines, contributing to a cohesive and seamless user journey.

What You Will Bring to Us :

UX Writing Expertise : 2-4 years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, or digital content creation within tech, media, or automotive industries. Experience in two-wheeler automotive content is highly preferred.

Content Crafting Skills : Exceptional command of English, with a knack for turning complex ideas into simple, effective copy that resonates with users.

Digital Communication Knowledge : Proficiency in writing for apps, websites, and digital communication channels (e.g., email, SMS, WhatsApp).

Understanding of UX Principles : Familiarity with user-centered design processes and the ability to integrate user feedback into content iterations.

Collaboration Skills : Proven experience working in multi-disciplinary teams to develop content that complements the overall user experience.

Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing your UX writing across digital products, particularly for automotive or technology-focused products.

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Design, or related field.

- Demonstrated UX writing or content strategy experience for digital products or user experiences, especially within automotive or tech environments.
