Role Overview : The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the region by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities from assigned accounts.
This role requires a good understanding of the manufacturing industry-OEMs, industrial automation, strong technical knowledge, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a sales strategy to target key OEM accounts, focusing on service sales- that meet industry-specific needs.
- Business Development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities from assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives- and other decision-makers.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and position our solutions to address those needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value proposition.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial - agreements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and provide clients with insights that can enhance their operations.
