E-commerce Reconciliation Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Reconciliation Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions related to e-commerce operations. Your responsibilities include reconciling various accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and improving the overall efficiency of our e-commerce financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of e-commerce transactions (sales, payments, refunds, chargebacks).
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between data sources (payment gateways, bank statements, accounting systems).
• Analyze transaction data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date reconciliation reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, retail stores) to resolve reconciliation issues and improve processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of e-commerce reconciliations.
• Assist with audits and other financial reporting activities as needed.
