Senior Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• BTL Marketing Activities:
  
• Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns, including promotional activities, events, activations, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful implementation of BTL campaigns.
• Organize corporate events, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional demonstrations to directly engage with target audiences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and other partners for promotions and activations.
• Brand Engagement & Experience:
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design experiences that enhance customer interaction with the brand at a grassroots level.
• Ensure effective communication and brand representation during events, trade shows, and other in-person activations.
• Campaign Monitoring & Reporting:
  
• Track the performance of BTL campaigns and analyze key metrics such as engagement levels, event participation, and customer feedback.
• Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign effectiveness to help refine future strategies.
• Market Research & Strategy Support:
  
• Conduct research to identify customer needs and behaviors and assist in the development of tailored BTL strategies.
• Support the marketing team in refining strategies based on market trends and consumer insights.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in BTL marketing, event management, or brand activation (preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media tools.
• Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
