Job Summary:
We are a leading software development company in Supply chain solutions seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to drive the promotion and sales of our ERP software solutions. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to manage both digital and traditional marketing campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print media, to promote products and services.
Content Creation: Create engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and advertisements.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
Social Media Management: Manage the companys social media presence by posting updates, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Event Coordination: Plan and organize promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products and strengthen relationships with clients.
Digital Marketing: Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM efforts, and website updates to drive traffic and conversions.
Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through marketing efforts and collaborate with the sales team to convert them into customers.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external agencies, designers, and printers to execute marketing projects.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree.
2+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
Analytical skills for evaluating campaign performance and customer data.
Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
Travelling will be essential for Demo and Customer meetings
Working Conditions:
Full-time, based on-site.
Monday to Saturday (Flexi time schedule).
