Desired Skills
Experience with vacuum systems

Experience with epoxy or silicone compounds.

Experience with machines for preparing, degassing, mixing and dosing epoxy and silicone compounds (e.g. manufactured by HEDRICH, HUEBERS).

Work experience with resins, work experience with silicones.

Knowledge of the basics of polymer chemistry.

Work experience with chemical components and their accounting.

Ability to train subordinates.

Knowledge and experience in production planning and managing

Materials issuing from the warehouse according to the work plan and accounting the work process.

Good English communication Skills (Written and verbal)

Management of a team of 10-15 people.

Communication with other departments.

The ability to quickly master specialized software

Willingness to travel Abroad for training.

Proficiency Proficient in handling of modern technology machines.

Experience 7 years and above

Qualification M.Tech. (If B.Tech. than min. 7 year experience)

Features of the technological process in the workshop:

Work with Epoxy compound preparation machine:

Preparation of electrical insulating compound (epoxy compound) and impregnation of insulation;

Curing of insulations impregnated with electrical insulating compound;

Work with a vacuum mixing and casting unit,

Work with lifting mechanisms.

Conducting the process of impregnation, drying, compounding and varnishing of parts and large-sized products in thermal vacuum units with individual filling and heating with an intermediate carrier. Preparing complex and unique vacuum equipment for work. Filling capacitors under vacuum using filling cups and through collectors with impregnating liquids: dioctyl phthalate and phenylxylyl ethane.

Maintenance of vacuum pumps and automatic temperature control systems. Monitoring the progress of the process using control and measuring equipment. Maintaining process documentation.

Obligatory to know:

Design features of electrical products subject to thermal vacuum treatment;

device and rules for operating thermal vacuum installations; basic diagrams of installation operation in automatic and manual modes; rules for maintaining technical documentation; theoretical foundations of vacuum technology.
