We are looking for a Head of Marcom for a Series A Funded D2C Wellness Brand.
Job Profile: 3x growth in direct traffic to website, brand searches on Google and phone inquiries by using content marketing & advertising to grow brand awareness and build ayurveda fertility as a new category Research & Insights: Intimately understand prospects problems, frustrations, fears, desires, passion and human truth to unearth consumers insights that helps craft sharp advertising copy Copywriting: Write advertisement copies, scroll-stopping headlines, compelling offers to create high conversion ads that feels stupid to say no AB test: Test numerous marketing communication on digital media primary Meta & Google to identity winner creatives that drives sales action & conversion Marketing campaigns: Design regional & national campaigns with series of print ads in newspapers that connect with hydrogenous Bharat audience to bring high converting leads, footfalls, inquiries. Brand custodian: Develop brand playbook to drive consistency in brand personality, tone & voice across all communication touchpoints like print, radio, tv and primarily digital ads, landing pages, call center, clinics, SMS, WhatsApp, email, search & video ads Design: Knack for minimalist design to combine visuals, graphics and impactful words to create advertising that propel viewer to action.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in B2C content development, marketing & advertising Background in crafting captivating headlines, stories & advertisement with sharp copywriting, scriptwriting at news publications, women or health magazines Core skills required: Research & consumer insights oriented, intuitive understanding of Bharat consumers behaviors, wants & needs and ways to craft copies & offers that drives user action Blend of experience in using digital and traditional media (print, tv, radio) Media planning and negotiating deals with regional media houses (added advantage)
