The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven, strategic thinker with a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS businesses from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10. The major focus will be on customer acquisition,positioning our products on the website, and driving marketing efforts to drive lead gen. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, inbound demand generation, SEO, paid ads or a related field.
Responsibilities
Design and manage multi-channel (Website, email, ads, socials) campaigns to drive new customer acquisitions.
Leverage SEO/SEM, content marketing, PR, and partnerships to expand market reach.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
Regularly report on key growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Lead, grow and mentor a high-performing team.
Set clear goals and performance recommendations and provide ongoing feedback and support.
Preferred Skills
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, inbound demand generation, or a similar role within the B2B SaaS industry.
Proven track record of helping companies scale.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, ABM, sales, and customer success strategies.
Proficiency with growth tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms).
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
