Key responsibilities
To Support and develop transition strategy along executing the process transition methodologies, frameworks and practices.
To Identify areas of improvement within Process Excellence team and wider Transformation.
To communicate and interact with all departments and operating groups to understand business needs and to refine transition methodology.
Role requirements
Overall 15+ years of experience with a strong hands-on experience as a process excellence practitioner.
Experience as a Black Belt or Lean practitioner along with deep knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen etc.
Solid experience of having led multiple transitions along with having driven efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
