Key responsibilities
- To Support and develop transition strategy along executing the process transition methodologies, frameworks and practices.
- To Identify areas of improvement within Process Excellence team and wider Transformation.
- To communicate and interact with all departments and operating groups to understand business needs and to refine transition methodology.
Role requirements
- Overall 15+ years of experience with a strong hands-on experience as a process excellence practitioner.
- Experience as a Black Belt or Lean practitioner along with deep knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen etc.
- Solid experience of having led multiple transitions along with having driven efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
