Assistant Manager - Technology

This role is responsible for the review of the risk and ensure controls are in place for all the Changes being implemented in the Organization.

6 to 8 years of experience in IT industry.

Understanding of infrastructure (IAAS), platform (PaaS), Software (SAAS) and function (FaaS) service offerings.

Reasoning and analytical skills Systems Networking skills

Knowledge of ITSM tools like BMC Remedy, iDiscover

Expertise in Microsoft Excel

Ensure all the controls / compliance requirements are met before the approval of the change records.

Bring in improvement in the Tool for ease of usability for the change records.

SLA s, Lead times are defined and followed for changes.

Right engagement and notification are completed before the implementation of the changes,

All the artifacts are reviewed and sign off from relevant stakeholders are documented in the Change record.

Details of plan, Verification, testing and post implementation review are reviewed rightly to ensure smooth transition of the changes into the production.

Review Board Meetings are managed efficiently.

Review and ensure all the Non-Functional Requirements are Met before transition of the New/ Modified Services in Production.
