Job Description

This role is responsible for the administration and operations of ITSM tools, Service request process governance, Workflow automation implementation.
9 to 11 years of experience in IT industry.
Understanding of infrastructure (IAAS), platform (PaaS), Software (SAAS) and function (FaaS) service offerings.
Reasoning and analytical skills
Systems Networking skills
Knowledge of ITSM tools like BMC Helix and Helix Discovery
Knowledge on automation concepts, programming language like windows PowerShell, Java, Java script, Selenium
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, MS Power point, Power BI and Qlik Sense
ITIL qualification desirable
The candidate must be able to multitask, handle changing priorities and work independently in a fast-changing environment.
  • Manage Service Management tool to keep it in line with the industry standards
  • Establish SLA based request fulfillment channel for all MAC (Move, Add & Change) activities done by our team for the SM tool
  • Monitor application performance, Maintain efficiency above 95%
  • Drive the reduction of P5 Ticekts
  • Produce Dashboard aligning to KPIs and engage stakeholders
  • Service reporting to be maintained as per Volume trend, Category view and LFDR view.
  • Monitor the creation of request catalogs for every service provided by technology teams, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Drive request governance across the technology team to ensure SLA adherence
  • Provide insights for request workflow automation Implement workflow automation to process requests faster.
