Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business growth in traditional BPO services and AI-driven offerings.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across domestic and global markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs and industry trends

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the BPO and AI space.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market intelligence

  • Promote the adoption of AI-driven processes and educate clients on the value they bring to business transformation.
  • Develop and execute strategies to position the company as a thought leader in AI-enhanced BPO services

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure accountability for revenue goals.
  • Present regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and progress reports to stakeholders.

  • Evaluate individual performance reviews and overall team effectiveness with upper management.
  • Collaborate with finance, compliance, and other teams to ensure costs in order and smooth business flow.
  • Exhibit empathy, growth mindset and systems thinking approach in all actions.

  • Device, create, manage and implement various MIS reports for Business Intelligence.
  • Analyzing Units data on various parameters and preparing reports for management.
  • Understand the P&L of your unit and discuss implications with management

  • Any other task or responsibility as assigned by management from time to time.


Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

2. Proven experience as a Vice President of Sales, Sales Director, or similar role in a high-growth environment.

3. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing successful sales teams.
