Architectural Draughtsman

Role & responsibilities

• Proficient with autocad is must.
• Very well Versed with UDCPR rules and regulations.
• Able to read and prepare Municipal Drawings.
• Should be able to understand and produce design development drawings and detailed working drawings for construction with accuracy as per projects.

• 2+ years of experience in architectural drafting, specifically in the preparation of sanction drawings.
• Familiarity with the legal requirements for residential, commercial, or industrial projects in the region.
• Experience working with local authorities and knowledge of the approval process for building permits.
