• Preparation of Business Plan, Project Report, CMA, financial modeling for the Project funding through Term Loan / LRD / LAP etc•
• Due Diligence for the initial loan appraisal •
• Co-ordination with Lender for obtaining sanction and Documentation for Loan processing• Ensured adherence to pre-disbursement & Post disbursement compliances & monitoring Quarterly / Monthly compliances of Lenders •
• MIS Development, preparation and presenting the reports based on the analysis data•
• Assisting in strategic planning & implementation of new or existing information systems

Employee Specifications

• Strong Finance background, Commerce graduate or Post Graduate/CA Inter is preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of Operational/General ledger accounting and Finance experience including Profit & loss analysis, Balance sheet overview, experience in real estate accounting is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail logical thinking and carry a positive attitude to develop solutions quickly
• Impactful communication (written and verbal) to interact with clients and strong interpersonal skills• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethics•
• Strong knowledge of MS office (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook) required•
• Prior experience on ERP / SAP is preferable
