Finance Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Process all accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors, while maintaining accurate records.
2. Prepare and deposit TDS & TCS monthly; file quarterly TDS returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
3. Prepare monthly GST return data and assist in filing; ensure timely submission in compliance with regulations.
4. Perform monthly interunit reconciliation and assist with supplier reconciliation to resolve discrepancies.
5. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for easy access and audit.

Preferred candidate profile

1. B.Com, M.com / MBA (Finance)
2. Accounting and finance knowledge with around 0-2 years of work experience (Freshers with relevant internships can also apply).
3. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel (basic functions, data entry, and reporting).
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounts reconciliation.
