Architectural Draftsman - Liasoning (Mumbai)

Role & responsibilities

1. Analyzing building specifications, codes, building byelaws & preparing of Municipal drawings as per prevailing rules to the best of your knowledge.
2. Ensuring that the technical drawings have correct measurements, codes & calculations mentioned.
3. Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
4. Execute & process proposals on Pre-DCR / Auto DCR.
5. Bind the structural, mechanical and electrical designs and create a way / method of accurately arranging them to produce building designs that are understandable and feasible
6. Prepare draft reports of proposals for municipal submission.
7. Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques with appropriate use of layers & layouts.
8. Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
9. Collaborating with architects and construction engineers to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations.
10. Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design
11. Be equipped with Excel, Autocad, Hi-Cad & other softwares needed to process Municipal drawings.
