Proven experience (8-15 years) in operations management within the Furnishing/Interior/building material industry - Interior fit outs projects

Role & responsibilities :

• Developing and implementing operational strategies
• Manage and co-ordinate with the processes of production, the supply chain, logistics, customer service and quality control to ensure it can meet quality standards and customer need
• Specifying and building tools to improve the speed and quality of support team
• Onboarding and training new support team members
• Lead the team and Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times
• Oversee the timely dispatch of products to customers
• Analyze existing processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Identify and resolve operational problems and issues as they arise
• Ensure timely installation and service to customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and achieve company goals
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and make data-driven decisions
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize operational workflows
• Preparing performance reports by collecting and analyzing data from the customer service functions
• Working closely with senior management to help customer service deliver on their components of overall company goals and objectives.
