Manager Operations Mumbai

Proven experience (5-12 years) in operations management within the Furnishing/Interior/building material industry - Interior fit outs projects

Role & responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing
• Monitor and enhance pre-sales and post-sales support functions
• Address and resolve escalated customer inquiries and concerns
• Supervise the end-to-end order lifecycle, from placement to delivery
• Ensure timely and accurate order entry, tracking, and updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to address order-related discrepancies
• Oversee dispatch planning and execution to meet delivery timelines
• Work with logistics and warehousing teams to optimize dispatch operations
• Monitor compliance with dispatch and delivery standards
• Manage and mentor the operations team, fostering a collaborative environment
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance
• Provide training and support to improve team skills and efficiency
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements in operations
• Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards
• Leverage technology to enhance operational workflows
• Prepare and analyze operational performance reports
• Provide actionable insights to the management team for decision-making
• Track key metrics, including order accuracy, dispatch timelines, and customer satisfaction.
