DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate Relations Team serves as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for all associate relations matters. They partner with associates and business leaders to provide resources, consultation and mentorship when workplace issues arise. They will also serve as the key point of contact for all trainings, projects and initiatives related to associate relations and compliance. They will also be an integral part to ensure compliance to the Guarantee of Fair Treatment process and to uphold Marriott International s company culture. The intern will work for Marriott s Human Resource Services team based in the Singapore s office to support the Associate Relations function. The expected scope of work covers all countries in Asia Pacific except Great China.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
You should be someone who is passionate, committed and keen to establish a career in the Associate Relations/ Human Resources discipline with the following attributes:
QUALIFICATION STANDARD
Education:
Undergraduate in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Management, Hospitality Management preferred.
