Exp : 3-5 Years.

Location : Jaipur.

- Agile & Scrum Expertise/Scrum Framework Mastery : Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, including roles, events (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective), and artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment).

- Coaching & Mentoring/Agile Coaching : Ability to coach team members, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile principles and best practices, ensuring adherence to the Scrum process.

- Servant Leadership/Servant Leader Mindset : Prioritizing the team's needs and removing obstacles, enabling the team to deliver value without unnecessary impediments.

- Project Management Skills/Progress Tracking : Using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to track team progress, manage the product backlog, and ensure transparency in the project.

- Communication & Collaboration/Clear Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

- Continuous Improvement/Retrospective Facilitation : Facilitating sprint retrospectives to encourage feedback and implement continuous improvement within the team.

- Problem Solving & Impediment Removal/Impediment Removal : Identifying and removing blockers or obstacles that hinder the team's progress.

- Tools & Technologies/Agile Project Management Tools : Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking progress.

- Soft Skills/Empathy & Emotional Intelligence : Understanding team dynamics and fostering a positive and supportive environment.

- Certifications & Continuous Learning : Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) : A certification like CSM or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from a recognized body is often required.

- Agile Scaling Frameworks : Experience or certifications in scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.

- Continuous Learning : Keeping upto-date with Agile trends, tools, and frameworks to implement best practices.
