Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (10-12 yrs)

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.

- As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce customizations, integrations, and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Develop and maintain complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and other integration tools.

- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, triggers, and other Salesforce configurations.

- Perform data migration using import wizards, workbench, and other integration tools like Apex Data Loader.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

- Design and document technical specifications for Salesforce customizations.

- Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of Salesforce solutions.

- Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce customizations, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.

- Participate in all phases of the Salesforce implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

- Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

- Explore and evaluate new Salesforce technologies and solutions.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- 10+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

- Experience with Salesforce data migration tools and techniques.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
