Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen profiles using job portals, networking sites, references, and other methods of job hunting.
• Identify candidates who align with the job description and organization requirements.
• Effectively utilize keywords and Boolean search techniques to find the best-fit profiles.
• Partner with hiring managers to meet sourcing timelines and ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Conduct preliminary interviews, including telephonic screenings, and shortlist candidates for further rounds.
• Maintain and update the talent pool database regularly for future requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Qualifications: Graduate.
• Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in Non-IT or Retail Sales hiring.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills

Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, including keyword optimization and resume searches.
