• Manage the complete merchandising process from inquiry to shipment, ensuring timely execution and quality compliance.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors while negotiating pricing and terms in collaboration with country representatives.
• Oversee purchase order (PO) processing, pre-production meetings (PPMs), and ensure accurate documentation in the ERP system.
• Coordinate product sampling, packaging, artwork approvals, and quality inspections to meet buyer standards.
• Monitor shipping schedules, ensuring timely bookings and accurate documentation for seamless logistics.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Maintain organized documentation, review vendor performance reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and regional representatives to ensure smooth supply chain operations and risk mitigation.
