Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to manage and streamline our shipping and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with forwarder companies and will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing documentation, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, and collaborating with vendors and logistics partners to guarantee timely deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) list with merchants and factories.

Oversee Purchase Order (PO) management, including transfers, acknowledgments, and updates through EDI portals.

Manage vendor onboarding, access control, and training on company and customer portals.

Handle shipment bookings, FCR, VGM submissions, and shipping instructions (SI/BL) approvals.

Coordinate courier shipments from multiple regions (China, India, Vietnam, USA) using DHL, FedEx, and other carriers.

Operate EDI systems for shipping documentation, packing lists, invoices, and ASN submissions.

Monitor freight rates, plan vessel schedules, and ensure cost-effective shipping solutions.

Manage post-shipment activities, including customs clearance and forwarder payments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, and finance) for seamless order fulfillment.
