We are looking for a dedicated and professional Female Telecaller to join our growing team at our Noida, Sector 70 office. This role requires an enthusiastic individual who can communicate effectively and establish a strong connection with customers while promoting products and services. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach, with prior experience in telecalling or a similar field.

Job Responsibilities:


Outbound Calls:

    • Make daily outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote company products and services.
    • Explain the features and benefits of products and resolve customer queries effectively

Inbound Calls:

    • Respond to incoming customer queries and provide accurate and timely assistance.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.

Sales and Conversions:

    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets as assigned.
    • Convince potential customers and encourage them to use the companys services or purchase products.

CRM and Reporting:

    • Accurately log call details, including customer feedback, follow-up requirements, and outcomes in the companys CRM system.
    • Regularly update and maintain a database of customer information.

Relationship Building:

    • Build a positive rapport with customers to enhance the brand image and ensure repeat business.
    • Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.

Job Requirements:


Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles.


Skills:

    • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (both required).
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and handle customer interactions effectively.
    • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM tools, for data entry and record maintenance.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently.
