Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Telesales:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of products/services and communicate benefits to customers.
• Follow up with potential leads to close sales opportunities.

2. Customer Care Support:

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally and courteously.
• Assist customers in understanding product/service details, pricing, and features.
• Document customer queries and resolutions in the CRM system.

3. Query and Issue Resolution:

• Address customer issues promptly, ensuring effective and efficient solutions.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department and follow up for resolution.
• Ensure first-call resolution for maximum customer satisfaction.

4. Retention and Relationship Building:

• Conduct retention calls to engage existing customers and understand their needs.
• Identify and resolve concerns to retain customers and build loyalty.
• Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve overall service quality.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions, sales, and issues.
• Generate daily/weekly performance reports and provide updates to the team leader.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in telesales, customer support, or a related role.
• Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi English as per customer requirements.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
