Job Description- Customer Relations Executive

Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Customer Relations Executive (CRE), your primary role is to engage with prospective customers, understand their automotive needs, and guide them through the sales process. Working closely with the sales team, you will contribute to lead generation, conversion, and overall customer satisfaction. Your goal is to Qualify Maximum Leads, build relationships with customers, and contribute to achieving sales targets.


Job Role: Customer Relations Executive (CRE)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 0-3 years.

Work Mode: On-site


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads and assess their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, vehicle preferences, and purchasing timelines.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in dealership services or products.
  • Initiate conversations, gather information, and create interest in the dealership's offerings.
  • Stay informed about the dealership's current inventory, promotions, and financing options.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
  • Schedule test drives, showroom visits, and appointments for customers to engage with the sales team.
  • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track customer interactions, update lead status, and maintain accurate records.
  • Document customer preferences, feedback, and relevant information.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Continuously strive to exceed sales goals through effective lead management and conversion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in inside sales or customer relations, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive products, features, and financing options.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
