Senior CRM Executive (Backend Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Preparation:
  
• Prepare demand letters, reminder letters, pre-cancellation, and cancellation letters as per requirements.
• Draft agreements for sale and ensure accurate payment entries in the ERP system.
• Update routine trackers, TDS entries, and manage online franking processes.
• Ensure timely preparation of all documents with high accuracy, in alignment with standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Customer Service:
  
• Maintain accuracy in all document preparation to meet customer expectations and requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of documentation and adhere to TAT (Turnaround Time) as defined by SOPs.
• Gather and review customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Process Adherence:
  
• Follow process maps and guidelines to ensure all documentation tasks are executed as per the standard procedures.
• Maintain accurate records within the system for tracking and audit purposes.

• Collaboration:
  
• Coordinate closely with Relationship Managers to provide all necessary documentation and support for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and smooth operations, focusing on reducing turnaround time (TAT).
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Proven experience in document preparation, customer service, or related administrative roles.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with internal departments and relationship managers.
• Strong understanding of process adherence and ability to follow structured workflows.
